بررسی ارتباط امتحان مجازی با اضطراب و سلامت عمومی دانشجویان

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: با شیوع اپیدمی کووید- 19 نظام آموشی تحت الشعاع قرار گرفت و آموزش الکترونیکی جای خود را به روش سنتی داد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط امتحان مجازی با اضطراب و سلامت عمومی دانشجویان مامایی بود.
مواد و روش‏ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به روش سرشماری بر روی کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی مامایی در سال تحصیلی1400-1399با استفاده از پرسشنامه سه بخشی شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی انجام شد. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از google form انجام و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد.
یافته‏ ها: میانگین نمره کل اضطراب دانشجویان 36/ 13± 51/71 با دامنه 97-29 بود که نشان می دهد اضطراب دانشجویان در حد متوسط تا زیاد می باشد. بین میزان اضطراب و عواملی مانند تحصیلات پدر و مادر، تاهل، علاقه به رشته تحصیلی تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت اما بین میزان اضطراب با شغل پدر تفاوت آماری معنی داری وجود داشت. میانگین نمره کل سلامت عمومی دانشجویان 5/14 ± 84/28 بود. بین نمره کل اضطراب و سلامت عمومی رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‏ گیری:یافته های مطالعه حاضر بیانگر ارتباط آزمون های مجازی با اضطراب دانشجویان مامایی بود و این اضطراب بر سلامت عمومی دانشجویان موثر است. با توجه به میزان اضطراب ناشی از امتحانات مجازی و تاثیر آن بر سلامت عمومی لازم است تمهیدات لازم در این زمینه انجام گیرد تا بتوان امتحانات مجازی را به عنوان یک شیوه ایمن ارزشیابی بکار گرفت.
