مدل‌یابی علی سازگاری روانی با بیماری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان بر اساس تنظیم هیجان و دلسوزی به خود با نقش میانجی سلامت معنوی

چکیده

مقدمه  و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل­ یابی علی سازگاری روانی با بیماری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان براساس تنظیم هیجان و دلسوزی به خود با نقش میانجی سلامت معنوی انجام شد.
مواد و روش ­ها: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و در زمره تحقیقات همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، بیماران 18 تا 65 سال مبتلا به سرطان پستان، خون، معده و روده مراجعه­ کننده به بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان­ های امید و امام خمینی ارومیه در نیمه اول سال 1400 بود که به روش نمونه­ گیری هدفمند، تعداد 250 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه سازگاری روانی با سرطان، پرسشنامه راهبردهای فرآیندی نظم­ جویی هیجان، مقیاس دلسوزی به خود و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل­ یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم ­افزارهای SPSS نسخه 23، Amos و بوت استرپ استفاده گردید.
یافته ­ها: براساس نتایج، راهبردهای متمرکز بر پیشایند تنظیم هیجان (372/0B=) اثر مستقیم و مثبت معنادار، راهبردهای متمرکز بر پاسخ تنظیم هیجان (555/0-B=) اثر مستقیم و منفی معنادار و دلسوزی به خود (383/0B=) اثر مستقیم مثبت و معنادار بر سازگاری روانی با بیماری دارند. شاخص­ های برازش مدل نیز نشان داد که سلامت معنوی در رابطه بین تنظیم هیجان با سازگاری روانی با بیماری، نقش میانجی دارد اما در رابطه دلسوزی به خود با سازگاری روانی با بیماری نقش میانجی ندارد.
نتیجه ­گیری: تنظیم هیجان و دلسوزی به خود، به­ طور مستقیم بر سازگاری روانی با بیماری اثرگذار هستند و نقش واسطه­ ای سلامت معنوی، قابل توجه است
