پیامدهای همه‌گیری کووید- 19: چالش‌های پرستاران در مراقبت از کودکان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به همه­ گیری کووید-19 پرستاران اطفال در مراقبت از کودکان با چالش­هایی رو­به ­رو شده ­اند که می­تواند بر روی ارائه مراقبت ­های موثر و با کیفیت تاثیر­گذار باشد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی چالش­های پرستاری اطفال در مواجهه با کووید-19 انجام شد.
روش­کار: این مطالعه، یک مرور یکپارچه از مطالعات دربازه زمانی (2021-2019) است. پایگاه داده­ های PubMed ، Embase، ProQuest ،Science Direct ، Google Scholar با استفاده از کلید واژه­های covid-19 ، SARS-COV-2 ، pediatric nursing، adolescence، child، practitioner، childhood، nurse practitioner، coronavirus infection، pandemics جستجو انجام شد. در این مطالعه تنها مطالعات به زبان انگلیسی وارد شدند. 
یافته ها: در نهایت 11 مطالعه وارد این مرور شد که چالش­های پیش روی پرستاران اطفال را می­توان در هشت دسته انتقال بیماری، کمبودها، جابجایی، کاهش میزان واکسیناسیون، ماسک و کاهش ارتباطات، مشکلات روانی کودکان، پرستاران اطفال و تزریق واکسن کووید-19 و آموزش طبقه بندی نمود.
نتیجه گیری: پاندمی کووید-19، پرستاری اطفال را در سراسر جهان با چالش­ های متعددی مواجه کرده است؛ لذا جهت رفع این چالش­ ها و حمایت از پرستاران، مدیران می­توانند با برنامه ­ریزی صحیح در راستای مدیریت منابع و تکیه بر آموزش، راه­کارهای مقابله ­ای موثری را در سطوح مختلف ارائه دهند.
