رابطه سواد سلامت و تاب آوری با نقش میانجی پذیرش خود در سالمندان

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه در اکثر جوامع، سالمندی به­عنوان یک مسئله مهم مطرح است. محققان بر تاثیر مثبت تاب­ آوری بر بهزیستی و سلامت سالمندان تاکید دارند؛ لذا یافتن رابطه تاب­آوری با مولفه­هایی که بیشترین مجاورت را با آن دارد، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف پژوهش، تعیین رابطه سواد سلامت و تاب­آوری با نقش میانجی پذیرش خود در سالمندان بود.
مواد و روشها: روش پژهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 110 نفر افراد بالای 65 سال عضو خانه جهان­دیدگان شهر ساری در سال 1399 می باشد که 85 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی - مورگان به روش تصادفی ساده به­ عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه پذیرش خود چمبرلین و هاگا  (۲۰۰۱)، سنجش سواد سلامت جمعیت شهری ایران (منتظری و همکاران، 1393) و پرسشنامه تاب­­ آوری کونور و دیویدسون (۲۰۰۳) می­باشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ­ها از مدل­ یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم­افزار  PLS3 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل آماری نشان داد بین بین سواد سلامت و پذیرش خود، بین سواد سلامت و تاب ­آوری، بین پذیرش خود و تاب­آوری و بین سواد سلامت و تاب­آوری با نقش میانجی پذیرش خود در افراد سالمند رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.001).
نتیجهگیری: با ارتقای سواد سلامت و بهبود ظرفیت پذیرش خود در سالمندان می­توان احساس آنها به خود را بهبود بخشید و تاب­آوری آنها را افزایش داد.
