بررسی ارتباط عوامل استرس‌زای شغلی با متغیرهای دموگرافیک در کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان گرگان در سال 1400

چکیده

مقدمه: استرس شغلی را می‌توان روی هم جمع شدن عامل‌های استرس‌زا دانست. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط عوامل استرس‌زای شغلی با متغیرهای دموگرافیک در کارکنان شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان گرگان در سال 1400 انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، ۱۹۲ نفر از کارکنان مراکز جامع سلامت شهری و روستایی، پایگاه‌های سلامت و خانه‌های بهداشت در مطالعه شرکت کردند. از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه روا و پایای مقیاس استرس شغلی استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS-23 و با آزمون‌های من‌ویتنی و کروسکال والیس تحلیل شدند. 
یافته‌ها: از کل کارکنان، 9/59 درصد زن، 4/34 درصد در گروه سنی 40-31 ساله، 8/68 درصد متاهل و 50 درصد دارای تحصیلات کارشناسی بودند.  بالاترین نمره در بعد نقش (80/0 ± 86/3) و پایین‌ترین نمره در بعد ارتباط (78/0 ± 40/2) بود. نمره کلی استرس شغلی 65/2 ± 06/22 بدست آمد. بین گروه سنی با میزان استرس شغلی در کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان گرگان در سال 1400 ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد (032/0 = P). همچنین سایر متغیرهای دموگرافیک ارتباط معناداری با میزان استرس شغلی نداشتند (05/0< P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیانگر سطح متوسط نمره کلی مقیاس عوامل تنش‌زای شغلی در کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی بود. بنابراین ضروری است تا با بررسی میزان شیوع اختلالات روانی و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر آن در کارکنان و با انجام مداخلات لازم در جهت بهبود وضعیت روانی آنان اقدام و از افزایش و شیوع آن پیشگیری نمود.
