بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته آب‌درمانی و زنجبیل بر شاخص‌های روانی و عوامل مرتبط با چاقی در زنان مبتلا به کمر درد غیر اختصاصی مزمن

چکیده

مقدمه: کمر درد یک مشکل شایع در اکثر جوامع امروزی در افراد چاق می­باشد. یکی از روش‌های نوین که بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته آب درمانی است. همچنین از دیگر راهکارهای پیشنهادی استفاده از دارو‌ها بخصوص گیاهان دارویی ضد التهابی و ضد درد مانند زنجبیل می‌باشد. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر هشت هفته آب‌درمانی و زنجبیل بر شاخص‌های روانی و عوامل مرتبط با چاقی در زنان مبتلا به کمر درد بود. 
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه­تجربی بود. 48زن چاق مبتلا به کمردرد شهر بهبهان به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه آب‌درمانی+ مصرف زنجبیل(12 نفر)، گروه آب‌درمانی(12 نفر)، گروه مکمل زنجبیل (12 نفر) گروه کنترل(12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته، هر جلسه 60 دقیقه انجام شد. آزمودنی‌های گروه آب‌درمانی+ مصرف زنجبیل  و گروه مکمل زنجبیل به تنهایی، به مدت هشت هفته روزانه یک گرم پودر زنجبیل مصرف می‌کردند. شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری، کیفیت خواب، توده بدنی، وزن و نسبت دور کمر به لگن قبل و بعد از هشت اندازه­گیری شد. جهت انجام عملیات آماری از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد. در تمام آزمون‌ها سطح معنی‌داری 05/0≥ Pدر نظر گرفته شد. جهت بررسی داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: مقایسه نتایج در دو مرحله نشان داد که بین شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری، کیفیت خواب، توده بدنی و وزن بدن زنان چاق مبتلا به کمر درد بین گروه‌های مختلف تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت(05/0≥P). در صورتی که در شاخص نسبت دور کمر به لگن تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد(05/0≤P ).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، استفاده هم زمان از مکمل زنجبیل به همراه انجام تمرینات آب‌درمانی، می‌توانند سبب کاهش درد کمر، بالا بردن تاب‌آوری و بهبود کیفیت خواب و کاهش وزن در زنان چاق مبتلا به کمردرد شود.
