نقش ابرازگری هیجانی و تنظیم هیجان در رشد پس از آسیب مبتلایان به سرطان و ام‌اس: با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر نوع بیماری

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان و ام‌اس در کنار تجارب ناخوشایندی که ایجاد می‌کنند ممکن است با تجربه رشد پس از آسیب همراه شوند. از‌این‌رو تعیین پیشایندهای این رشدیافتگی ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقش ابرازگری هیجانی و تنظیم هیجان در پیش‌بینی رشد پس از آسیب در مبتلایان به دو بیماری سرطان و ام‌اس بود.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود و از طرح همبستگی استفاده شد. مطالعه حاضر در سال 1398 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس و سرطان در بیمارستان آسیای تهران بودند که با نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 124 نفر از آنان انتخاب شدند (62 نفر در گروه سرطان و 62 نفر در گروه ام‌اس). برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه رشد پس از آسیب تدسکی، پرسش‌نامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران و پرسش‌نامه کینگ و امونز استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون رگرسیون هم‌زمان و آزمون Z فیشر در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج، ابرازگری مثبت و تنظیم هیجان مثبت در هر دو گروه (0/01>P) و صمیمیت تنها در گروه سرطان  (0/01>P)با رشد پس از آسیب همبستگی مثبت معناداری دارد. میزان همبستگی چندمتغیری در میان دو گروه سرطان (0.58=R) و ام‌اس (0.48=R) تفاوت معناداری نداشت (0.447=P). در هر دو گروه متغیرهای ابرازگری مثبت و تنظیم هیجان مثبت پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنادار رشد پس از آسیب بود.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها، در هر دو گروه مبتلا به سرطان و ام‌اس، ارتقادادن ابرازگری هیجانی مثبت و تنظیم هیجان مثبت رشد پس از آسیب را تقویت می‌کند.
