میوه های بهشتی از منظر قرآن و روایات تا پزشکی کلاسیک

چکیده

مقدمه: در قرآن خداوند از برخی از میوه‌ها همچون انگور، انار، خرما، انجیر و زیتون به عنوان میوه‌های بهشتی نام برده است. از آنجایی که میوه‌ها سرشار از ویتامین‌ها، مواد معدنی و املاح هستند و مصرف آن‌ها تأثیر به‌سزایی بر سلامت انسان، پیشگیری و درمان مکمل بیماری‌ها دارد و همچنین با توجه به اینکه در قرآن و احادیث، اشارات فراوانی به این میوه‌ها شده است، در مقاله حاضر به تعیین اثر هریک از میوه‌های مذکور پرداخته شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه از طریق جستجوی کلمات کلیدی فارسی "انگور، خرما، زیتون، انار، انجیر، قرآن، احادیث و پزشکی" و کلمات انگلیسی "Grape، Date، Pomegranet، Olive، Fig، Quran، Medicine و Traditional medicine" در پایگاه‌های استنادی Google scholar، Scopus، ISI و Pubmed، از مقالات چاپ شده در این پایگاه‌ها (بدون محدودیت زمانی) و همچنین از آیات قرآن و احادیث استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: مطالعه مروری حاضر در ارتباط با میوه‌هایی همچون انگور، انار، خرما، انجیر و زیتون صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند میوه‌های ذکر شده در قرآن مجید حاوی ماده بسیار اثربخش فلاونوئید هستند و آثار مفید و حفاظتی برای سلامتی انسان داشته و می‌توانند به عنوان درمان مکمل در بیماری‌های متعددی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. در ارتباط با مهم‌ترین اثرت این میوه‌ها می‌توان به اثرات آنتی‌اکسیدانی، ضد التهابی و ضد میکروبی اشاره کرد.
نتیجهگیری: همان‌طور که در قرآن و روایات نیز آمده است، میوه‌های مذکور دارای خواص درمانی بوده و پزشکی کلاسیک، مؤید این مهم می‌باشد.
