نحوه گذراندن اوقات فراغت در شرایط قرنطینه خانگی برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به کرونا ویروس جدید: یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در ارتباط با ساکنین شهرستان جهرم

چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه: بیماری کووید-19 یک پنومونی است که در اواخر دسامبر سال 2019 در شهر ووهان چین مشاهده شد و بسیار زود کل دنیا را فراگرفت. در پی شیوع این بیماری در ایران، افراد زندگی جدیدی را در دوران قرنطینه برای در امان بودن از بیماری آغاز کردند. زندگی در قرنطینه خانگی با پیامدهای روان‌شناختی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی همراه بوده و اجرای آن نیازمند حمایت، نظارت و تبعیت از کادر درمانی کشور می‌باشد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نحوه گذراندن اوقات فراغت در شرایط قرنطینه خانگی برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در ارتباط با ساکنین شهرستان جهرم در سال 1399 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی که با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شد، 402 نفر از ساکنین شهرستان جهرم به ‌صورت اینترنتی در سال 1399 در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه خودساخته اوقات فراغت مردم در زمان قرنطینه خانگی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 21 و آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین میانگین و بالاترین رتبه در حیطه گذراندن اوقات فراغت در شرایط قرنطینه خانگی برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: سرگرمی، انجام فعالیت‌های زندگی، کسب مهارت، ورزش و فعالیت بدنی، فعالیت‌های معنوی، مطالعه و فعالیت‌های علمی. در این مطالعه بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک و نمره کل نحوه گذراندن اوقات فراغت، ارتباط آماری معنا‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0<P).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان دادند که بیشترین میانگین و بالاترین رتبه در حیطه‌ گذراندن اوقات فراغت در شرایط قرنطینه خانگی برای جلوگیری از ابتلا به ویروس کرونا، سرگرمی و انجام فعالیت‌های زندگی می‌باشد؛ از این رو به مسئولان و سیاست‌گذاران کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود تمهیداتی جهت هرچه بیشتر شدن میزان اوقات فراغت خانواده‌ها در دوران پاندمی کرونا بیاندیشند تا مردم بتوانند در کانون گرم خانواده به فعالیت‌هایی که مورد توجه آن‌ها است، بپردازند.
