چکیده

مقدمه: شناسایی یک ویروس جدید از خانواده کروناویروس مشترک بین انسان و حیوان در چندین بیمار مبتلا به بیمارى عفونت حاد تنفسی در چین در دسامبر 2019 منجر به مطالعات گسترده‌اى در زمینه شناخت ویروس، بیمارى‌زایی و نیز یافتن روش‌هاى درمانی جدید گردید. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر مروری بر یافته‌های مرتبط با بیماری کروناویروس 2019 می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری، مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های داده فارسی و لاتین SID، Magiran، CIVILICA، ISC، Pubmed، ‌Scholar، Science Direct، Scopus و Embase، گزارشات سازمان جهانی بهداشت (WHO: WorldHealthOrganization) و پروتکل‌های بالینی طی سال‌های 2020-2000 میلادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. واژگان مورد جستجو عبارت بودند از: "کروناویروس جدید، چین، کروناویروس 2019، کووید 19، بیماری کروناویروس و سندرم حاد تنفسی". در نهایت، 47 مطالعه مرور گردید.
یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش به بررسی یافته‌های مرتبط با اپیدمیولوژی، علائم بیماری، تشخیص بیماری، درمان، انتقال و پیشگیری از بیماری کروناویروس 2019 پرداخته شد. اطلاعات این مرور براساس مقالات، پروتکل‌های به‌روز منتشر شده و آمارهای معتبر استخراج گردیده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: شواهد کافی مبنی بر انتقال این ویروس به دیگران و توانایی آن در ایجاد بیمارى شدید و کشنده وجود دارد و این ویروس یک تهدید جدى جهانی محسوب می‌شود. در صورت مواجهه با هر مورد مشکوک لازم است تمام اقدامات احتیاطی صورت گیرد. تجربیات حاصل از MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) و SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome)، اهمیت یافتن سریع منبع nCoV-2019 را به منظور مهار شیوع مداوم برجسته می‌سازد.
