بررسی میزان آگاهی جمعیت عمومی شهرستان مشهد از هپاتیت های ویروسی- مطالعه مبتنی بر جامعه

چکیده

مقدمه:عفونت با ویروس هپاتیتB (HBV:Hepatitis B Virus) و هپاتیت C (HCV:Hepatitis C Virus) از شایع‌ترین علل آسیب کبدی می‌باشد. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی جمعیت عمومی مشهد در مورد این دو عفونت
انجام شد
.
مواد و روشها:در این مطالعه مقطعی از تمامی افراد با سن 15 سال و بالاتر که در ششم مرداد سال 1396 (روز جهانی هپاتیت) به محل استقرار کمپین اطلاع‌رسانی هپاتیت‌های ویروسی در دو بوستان بزرگ مشهد مراجعه کرده بودند، برای تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ای با 12 سؤال چندگزینه‌ای در مورد آگاهی از عفونت‌هایHBV وHCV دعوت به عمل آمد.نمره آگاهی با تعلق‌گرفتن یک امتیاز به هر پاسخ صحیح و صفر امتیاز به هر پاسخ اشتباه و یا موارد بدون پاسخ محاسبه شد. در نهایت،داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.
یافته‌ها:در مجموع 362 نفر با میانگین سنی37.6± 15.2 سال به سؤالات پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند.میانگین درصد نمرات معادل 18/20±38/48 به‌دست آمد.بیشترین درصد پاسخ صحیح مربوط به معنایواژه هپاتیت (8/76 درصد) بود و کمترین میزان آن به ضرورتواکسیناسیونهپاتیتدرتمامجامعه (5/21 درصد) اختصاص داشت. در این مطالعه68 درصد از افراد اعلام کردند که ناقلین HBVمی‌توانند ازدواج کنند؛ اما 7/41 درصدمعتقد بودند که مادران مبتلا به عفونت HBVباید از شیردادن به نوزاد خود اجتناب نمایند. شایان ذکر است که هیچ‌گونه ارتباط معنا‌داری بین آگاهی درباره هپاتیت و سن (P=0.07)‌، جنس (P=0.92)‌، وضعیت تأهل (P=0.14) و سطح تحصیلات (P=0.08) یافت نشد.
نتیجهگیری:یافته‌های این پژوهش بیانگر میزان کم آگاهی جمعیت عمومی مشهد در مورد راه‌های انتقال و پیشگیری از هپاتیت‌های ویروسیB وCبودند.
