پساپدیدارشناسی در پرستاری: درک رابطه انسان و فناوری در مراقبت از بیمار

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: ادغام فناوری‌های دیجیتال در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، اساساً عملکرد پرستاری را متحول کرده و تعاملات پرستار-بیمار، تصمیم‌گیری بالینی و تجسم حرفه‌ای را تغییر داده است. با وجود تحقیقات فزاینده در مورد فناوری در پرستاری، درک فلسفی از این تحولات همچنان محدود است. این مقاله، پساپدیدارشناسی را به عنوان یک چارچوب مفهومی برای تحلیل روابط پیچیده و واسطه‌ای بین پرستاران، فناوری و مراقبت از بیمار معرفی می‌کند و بر چگونگی شکل‌دهی فعال ادراکات، اقدامات و ملاحظات اخلاقی توسط فناوری‌ها تأکید دارد.
مواد و روش‏ها: این مطالعه از یک تحلیل مفهومی و فلسفی مبتنی بر پژوهش پساپدیدارشناسی استفاده می‌کند. مقالات مرتبط از سال ۲۰۱۸ تا 2025 با استفاده از مفاهیم کلیدی از جمله میانجیگری فناوری، تجسم، روابط هرمنوتیکی، تغییرپذیری و هم‌شکلی تفسیر شد تا بررسی شود که چگونه فناوری‌ها عملکرد پرستاری و تعاملات پرستار-بیمار را شکل می‌دهند.
یافته‏ ها: فناوری‌ها مانند پرونده‌های سلامت الکترونیکی، پلتفرم‌های سلامت از راه دور و سیستم‌های نظارتی هوش مصنوعی، واسطه‌های فعال پرستاری هستند و گردش کار، قضاوت بالینی و روابط پرستار-بیمار را شکل می‌دهند. پرستاران مهارت‌های تجسمی و هرمنوتیکی برای تفسیر داده‌های فناوری توسعه می‌دهند، در حالی که فناوری‌های هوشمند تعاملات شبه‌دیگری ایجاد می‌کنند که مسئولیت مشترک و پیچیدگی اخلاقی به همراه دارد. تحلیل پساپدیدارشناسی نشان می‌دهد پرستاری و فناوری به‌طور متقابل یکدیگر را شکل می‌دهند.
نتیجهگیری: پساپدیدارشناسی راهی انتقادی برای درک تعامل انسان و فناوری در پرستاری فراهم می‌کند، پرستاران را در محیط‌های دیجیتال توانمند می‌سازد، قضاوت بالینی را تقویت و مراقبت انسان‌محور را حمایت می‌کند. این مطالعه پیامدهایی برای عمل، اخلاق، آموزش و تحقیقات تجربی در محیط‌های بالینی دارد.
