تأثیر گیاهان دارویی بر تسکین درد پس از سزارین: یک مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف:
درد ناشی از سزارین می‌تواند بر سلامت مادر و توانایی وی در مراقبت از نوزاد تأثیر بگذارد. اثرات نامطلوب داروهای شیمیایی ضد‌درد بر مادر و نوزاد، موجب گرایش به استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به‌عنوان روشی جایگزین برای تسکین درد شده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور سیستماتیک کارآزمایی‌های بالینی مرتبط با تأثیر گیاهان دارویی بر تسکین درد پس از سزارین انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها:
این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، با جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی  Magiran، IranMedex، SID، IranDoc، MEDLINE/PubMed، Cochrane Library، ScienceDirect،  Scopus و Web of Science  با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی و انگلیسی مرتبط (بدون محدودیت زمانی تا ژوئن ۲۰۲۵) انجام شد. کیفیت مقالات با ابزار Risk of Bias  کوکران ارزیابی گردید.
یافته‌ها:
از ۳۶۶ مقاله شناسایی‌شده در جستجوی اولیه، ۲۰ کارآزمایی بالینی (۲۴۹۵ مشارکت‌کننده) برای مرور ساختاریافته انتخاب شدند. مطالعات در ایران و مصر انجام شده بودند. گیاهان دارویی مورد بررسی عبارت بودند از: اسطوخودوس (۶ مطالعه)، نعنا (۱ مطالعه)، زیره (۲ مطالعه)، گل راعی (۱ مطالعه)، گل سرخ (۲ مطالعه)، سنبل‌الطیب (۱ مطالعه)، بذر شوید (۲ مطالعه)، گل بابونه (۲ مطالعه)، مریم‌گلی (۱ مطالعه)، بهار نارنج (۱ مطالعه)، روغن یا کرم زیتون (۲ مطالعه)، پماد کتان (۱ مطالعه) و روغن بادام (۱ مطالعه). اکثر گیاهان تأثیر مطلوبی در تسکین درد پس از سزارین نشان دادند. به دلیل ناهمگونی متدولوژی مطالعات، انجام متاآنالیز میسر نبود.
نتیجه‌گیری:
بیشتر گیاهان دارویی مورد مطالعه موجب کاهش درد پس از سزارین شده‌اند. با این حال، به دلیل تعداد محدود مطالعات برای هر گیاه، اظهارنظر قطعی درباره اثرات ضددردی آن‌ها نیازمند انجام پژوهش‌های بیشتر است.
