Abstract

Background and aim:therapy exercise is one of the most common and yet most effective pain treatment that patients can take alone or in combination with other therapies. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of 6 weeks of exercise therapy on levels of dynamic balance in female university students with chronic low back pain.
Methods: 18 patients with a mean age (11/24±0/31) age, height ( 155/42 ±0/003) cm, weight ( 67/59±4/50) kg of female students attending the following a call for universities to Birjand randomly divided into two groups , control the exercise of 10 people and 8 groups. Dynamic equilibrium dynamic equilibrium before and after treatment with the test star (Star Excursion Balance Test) were measured . The patients in the experimental group exercise therapy program consisting of stabilization training within 6 weeks, 3 sessions a week and each session was conducted for about 45 minutes. But patients in the control group did not have any modalities . Test Kolmogorov - Smirnov normality for review groups, and the statistical analysis of dependent and independent t-test was used for comparisons between groups .
Results: The results of this study showed that after 6 weeks showed a significant increase in dynamic equilibrium was observed in these patients (p˂0/05), the dynamic relationship between the axes of the anterior (p=0/04), posterior (p=0/04), external ( P=0/03) and anterior - lateral (P=0/04) significant improvements were observed, whereas no difference was observed in the other direction
Conclusion: Itcan beconcluded thatstabilizationexercisesfor patients withchronic low backpainhasa significant impact. and also as a siutible exercise for treatment of low back pain.
