Abstract
Among the numerous challenges faced by healthcare systems, the globalization of health services is one of the most important and complex issues that can influence the well-being of communities. The urgent problems of the 21st century require nurses to adopt a global perspective on health. Nursing science must also be capable of addressing new and emerging diseases, reducing traditional boundaries within the nursing system, and bringing healthcare practices around the world closer together. Since globalization is inevitable, it can be viewed as an opportunity for the advancement of the nursing profession. Therefore, managers and experts in this field should be encouraged to participate more actively in policy-making related to the globalization of nursing.
