The interaction of inequality and the consequences of health and treatment inequality in the studied population living in the provinces of Ilam, Kermanshah, and Kurdistan

Abstract

Abstract
Introduction؛The quality of the health-treatment system, proper access to treatment facilities and improvement of environmental conditions are among the important factors of sustainable development and long-term economic development of regions. The purpose of the research; Analyzing the consequences of inequality in the field of health among the natives of the western region of the country (Ilam, Kermanshah and Kurdistan).
Method؛The grounded theory research method, which is a qualitative method, uses purposive sampling. The technique of data collection was interviews with the informed consent of the interviewees, the statistical community included households living in the provinces of Kermanshah,Kurdistan and Ilam. The sample size includes20 participants from university lecturers, educators and medical workers living and working .
Findings؛ Main topics1. Inflation2. Lack of sanitary equipment and hoarding3. Lack of sufficient credits to access facilities4. Medical insurances and credits. Sub-topics1. Decreasing the quality of sanitary equipment2. Not supporting specific diseases3. Decreased quality of life4. Increased stress and anxiety5. Seclusion and isolation6. Family conflicts7.Abandoning treatment8. Migration to big cities10. Lack of medicine and the cost of providing it11. Lack of specialist manpower12. High cost of medicine13. Increase in corona epidemic14. Healthy drinking water and health and treatment facilities have been extracted and used as the basis of analysis.
Conclusion؛ including the important consequences of the occurrence of some common diseases such as Corona, increasing treatment costs and imposing treatment costs on the health system and reducing their quality of life, reducing the hope of recovery. patients due to lack of facilities and services.
