برنامه درسی پرستاری مبتنی بر اخلاق مراقبت

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: بعد اخلاقی مراقبت که عملکرد پرستاران را هدایت می کند می بایست در فضای آموزشی و دانشکده های پرستاری پرورش داده شود. هدف اساسی آموزش پرستاری تجلی اخلاق مراقبت در ارتباط دانشجو با دیگران، بیمار و اجتماع است. این مطالعه به تفهیم بیشتر مفهوم اخلاق مراقبت و راهبردهای تلفیق آن در برنامه های درسی پرستاری می پردازد.
مواد و روش‏ها: در این مطالعه مروری مستندات بدون محدودیت زمانی و با کلید واژه های فارسی " اخلاق مراقبت"، " ارتباط استاد- دانشجو"، "آموزش پرستاری" و  " برنامه درسی مراقبت" و معادل انگلیسی آنها caring ethics
 Faculty- Student Relationship, Curriculum Development, Nursing education، و caring curriculum در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی  Google Scholar ،SID ،Magiran ،Scopus ،PubMed و ERIC  جستجو و در نهایت 35  مقاله و دو پایان نامه مرتبط بررسی شدند.    
یافته‏ ها: فرض اساسی اخلاق مراقبت از دیدگاه نادینگز این است که در محیط آموزشی معلم نقش مراقب و دانش آموزان نقش گیرنده مراقبت را دارند. دانستن پیش نیاز اساسی برای اخلاق مراقبت است و احترام، اعتماد، صداقت و مسئولیت پذیری استاد از ویژگی های بارز این رویکرد شناخته شد. چهار مؤلفه الگوسازی، گفتمان، تمرین و تأیید راهبردهای عملی برای ادغام اخلاق مراقبت در برنامه درسی معرفی شده است
نتیجهگیری: اخلاق مراقبت به عنوان چارچوبی برای فرآیندهای یاددهی و یادگیری در برنامه های پرستاری معرفی شده است. توسعه روابط انسانی دانشجو با دیگران، بیمار و جامعه از پیامدهای این رویکرد است. استفاده از اخلاق مراقبت در برنامه های درسی پرستاری و آگاهی و آماده سازی مربیان پرستاری با این مفهوم توصیه می شود.
