Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of sleep health education on the quality of life of nurses working in teaching hospitals in Mashhad, Iran.Materials and Methods: A quasi-experimental two-group study was performed on 60 nurses working in two teaching hospitals in Mashhad. The participants were randomly divided into intervention and control groups and completed a demographic form, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and the Short-Form World Health Organization Quality Of Life. Subsequently, the intervention group participated in four 60-minute training sessions in groups of 7 and 8 people. At the end of the intervention and 1 month later, all participants completed the tools again. The collected data were compared between the two groups using SPSS software (version 25).Results: Before the intervention, the mean score of qualified sleep of nurses in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). However, immediately and 1 month after the training, the mean score of qualified sleep was statistically significant in both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results, sleep health education was an effective method to reduce sleep disorders in the night and shift nurses; therefore, it is recommended to consider it as a way to reduce insomnia problems among nurses.}, keywords = {Education,Sleep health,Quality of life,nurse}, title_fa = {آموزش بهداشت خواب بر کیفیت زندگی پرستاران}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: خواب باکیفیت یکی از عوامل مؤثر در افزایش کیفیت زندگی می‌باشد و پرستاران با توجه به شرایط خاص شغلی، در معرض خطر بالای ایجاد اختلالات خواب قرار دارند که این مهم بر کیفیت زندگی و مراقبت از بیماران تأثیر منفی دارد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش بهداشت خواب بر کیفیت زندگی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر مشهد انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه شبه تجربی دو گروهی حاضر در ارتباط با 60 پرستار شاغل در دو بیمارستان آموزشی شهر مشهد انجام شد. شرکت کنندگان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک، کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ و فرم کوتاه سنجش کیفیت زندگی توسط تمام شرکت‌کنندگان، چهار جلسه آموزشی 60 دقیقه ای برای گروه‌های هفت و هشت نفری مداخله برگزار شد و در پایان و یک ماه پس از آن، تمام شرکت کنندگان مجدداً ابزار مورد استفاده را تکمیل نمودند. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری  SPSS 25بین دو گروه مقایسه گردیدند.یافته‌ها: قبل از مداخله، میانگین نمره کیفیت خواب پرستاران در دو گروه تفاوت آماری معنا داری نداشت( P>0.05). بلافاصله و یک ماه پس از آموزش، میانگین نمره کیفیت خواب در دو گروه از نظر آماری معنادار بود (P<0.05).نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش بهداشت خواب، روش مؤثری برای کاهش اختلال خواب در پرستاران شب کار و شیفت در گردش است؛ از این رو توصیه می‌شود به عنوان یک راه کار در جهت کاهش مشکلات مربوط به بی‌خوابی در پرستاران مورد توجه قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {آموزش,بهداشت خواب,پرستار,کیفیت زندگی}, url = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_18968.html}, eprint = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_18968_844eb8051bba6833bb1d0122d7c93387.pdf} }
