It can be said that reduction in mean score of anxiety and depression is seen in the experimental group. And these differences were significant between two groups (α ≤ 0.05). Conclusion: Emotion-focused therapy by strengthening emotional processing and emotional awareness makes changes in the emotional schemas and by replacing compatible response, led to reduction in anxiety and depression in the women with binge eating disorder.]]>
