Introduction: Knowledge, attitude, and performance of the general public ultimately determine their behavior in the face of specific situations. The hope to treatment as a psychological component can also affect a person's health behaviors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and practice with hope to treatment towards Covid-19 disease.Materials and Methods: This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study of correlation type that was conducted in 1399 on 411 residents of Mashhad. In this study, multi-stage random cluster sampling was performed hope to treatment was measured by scoring between 0-10 and the knowledge, attitude and performance measured by researcher questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS software (version 25).Results: The mean knowledge, attitude and practice of individuals related to corona from 100 points were 62.62 ± 11.41, 40.94 ± 23.35 and 80.64 70 14.70, respectively. Also, the mean and standard deviation of the hope to treatment and recovery score in case of Covid was 7.46 7 2.29 out of 10 points. The majority of participants had moderate knowledge (73.5%), poor attitude (75.9%) and good performance (65.7%) towards Covid 19. There was a significant relationship between knowledge (r= 0.183; p <0.001) and attitude (r= 0.314; p <0.001) with hope to treatment. Conclusion: A direct relationship was observed between the knowledge and attitude with the hope to treatment. Knowledge and attitude towards issues related to important psychological phenomena such as hope to treatment can influence and determine health behaviors. It is necessary to raise the level of knowledge, attitude, and practice and hope to treat people.

Introduction: Improving the quality of school life is associated with a sense of belonging to the school, high motivation to learn, a positive attitude towards school, and students' physical and mental health. Therefore, it is important to take measures to improve their quality of life. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of education based on the Pender model on the quality of school life of female high school students.Materials and Methods: This quasi- experimental randomized study was performed on 62 students in the first high schools of Mashhad in 2020. In the intervention group, the training program was presented in 7 sessions of 90 minutes over a period of one month. Demographic information and quality of school life questionnaires were used to collect data before, immediately, and one month after the intervention. The data were then analyzed. Results: In the pre-intervention stage, the mean score of quality of school life in the intervention 122.4±14.0 and control 117.6±14.6 groups was not statistically significant (p>0.05). But immediately after the intervention, there was a significant difference between the intervention 137.5±9.4 and control 125.5±12.2 groups (p<0.001). Also, one month after the intervention, there was a significant difference between the intervention 144.9±5.7 and control 124.6±12.1 groups (p<0.001).Conclusion: In the present study, the Pender model has improved the quality of school life in female adolescents, so this educational program can be used as an accessible, effective, and low-cost model in all target schools.

Introduction: In the health system, medical records have different uses such as follow-up, education, research, profession supporting patients, physicians, and health facilities, as well as evaluating health services, so poor documentation of medical records can lead to low quality of care and low quality of analysis results. The aim of this study was quantitative evaluation and observance of legal components of medical records of patients in selected hospitals in Mashhad in the first quarter of 2018.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study was reviewed 442 medical records from 4 teaching hospitals of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in the first quarter of 2018 using a researcher-made checklist composed of two parts forms completeness and legibility and the second part observing the legal components in 9 main forms. The data were analyzed using Excel software using descriptive statistics methods. Results: The results showed that the highest rate of completion was in the forms of postoperative care, physician orders, and anesthesia and the lowest rate of completion was in history, admission, and discharge summary forms. Surgical forms including operation reports, postoperative care, and preoperative care were more legible than others, and f doctor's orders and nursing report forms were less legible. Observing of legal components revealed 65.58 percent of forms were documented in Persian language and 72.51 percent were manually documented. Conclusion Improving the quality of data and documentation is very important for the treatment team, care continuity, and patient safety in medical centers. Increasing awareness about the importance of medical records completion, proper design of forms to ease data entry, monitoring medical records completion, nonstop assessment of factors affecting forms completion, planning, and implementation of an operational plan to improve documentation could be recommended as a solution.

Introduction: Back pain is a common problem among obese people in most societies. One of the new methods that has received more attention is hydrotherapy. Also, other suggested solutions are the use of drugs, especially anti-inflammatory and analgesic herbs such as ginger. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of hydrotherapy and ginger on psychological indicators and factors related to obesity in women with low back pain. Materials and Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental. 48 obese women with back pain in Behbahan were randomly divided into four groups: hydrotherapy + ginger consumption (n=12), hydrotherapy group (n=12), ginger supplement group (n=12), control group (n=12). The training program was performed for eight weeks, three sessions per week, each session lasting 60 minutes. Subjects in the hydrotherapy + ginger group and the ginger supplement group consumed one gram of ginger powder daily for eight weeks. Resilience, sleep quality, body mass index, weight and waist to pelvic ratio (WHR) were measured before and after eight. SPSS software version 24 was used for statistical operations. A significance was considered P ≤ 0.05 in all tests. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. Results: Comparing the results in two stages showed that there was a significant difference between the indicators of resilience, sleep quality, body mass index and body weight of obese women with low back pain in the different groups (P≤0.05). There was no significant difference in the waist to pelvis ratio (P≥0.05).Conclusion: According to the research results, concomitant use of ginger supplement along with hydrotherapy exercises can reduce back pain, increase resilience and improve sleep quality and weight loss in obese women with low back pain.

Introduction: Traditionally, logbooks are used as a tool to record and evaluate the activities of students, interns and medical assistants. The use of logbooks in the education of medical students has not been fully explored. In the present study, a systematic review of studies was conducted in the field of logbook in medical education.Materials and Methods: The present study is a systematic review of the use of logbooks in medical education. Searching was conducted until January 1, 2021, in Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science and Scopus databases with keywords "logbook", "medical education", "residency", "practical training", "Medical students" and "Resident students". In the selected articles, authors' names, year of study, country, field of study, type of logbook, study design, study limit and general conclusion were extracted. Results: In the present study, out of 23 articles reviewed, 11 studies were included in qualitative synthesis.Variety of study methods prevented quantitative meta-analysis. The highest number of articles was done in surgical students (4 studies). Five of our studies reported the use of online logbooks. Seven studies examined the role of logbooks in student assessment. The rest of the studies examined the acceptability of the logbook for students and faculty. The main limitations acknowledged in the studies were the need for an observer to verify the information, the need for time and financial resources to properly implement the activity registration program, and the problems associated with data collection. Conclusion: A review of studies showed that the field of research on the use of logbooks in medical education further refers to its concept in assessing student learning, which in most cases show its effectiveness. However, there are many differences between studies in terms of acceptability and reliability of data depending on the method of using logbooks.

Introduction: Today, demographic changes affect almost all aspects of human life and they are one of the main forces influencing socio-economic, cultural, political, and technological changes around the world. Iran has faced a large population in recent years, and as the simplest solution, birth control policies have been adopted, which has had a significant impact on the development process. The present study aims to analyze the consequences of birth control policies in Iran.Materials and Methods: In this narrative review, documents without a time limit and using the keywords population, family planning, birth control policy, fertility and Iran, alone or in combination in the Persian and English databases such as: PubMed, Scopus, Magiran, SID, Google Scholar and the websites of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the Statistics Center of Iran, the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the World Health Organization and the United Nations were searched. The documents were summarized and critiqued. Results: Adoption of birth control policies in Iran has led to a decline in fertility, aging population and inverted population pyramid in Iran the, which significant problems and challenges has created for sustainable development in the country. Conclusion: If Iran does not limit the declining rate of population growth, in the next few years, it will face both the problem of dangerous population decline and population aging, which will have many economic and social consequences for the country. Therefore, the fertility rate and structure of the elderly population in Iran should focus and it seems necessary to adopt policies to encourage fertility.

Introduction: Considering the knowledge of anatomy helps in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and on the other hand, the study of manuscripts and medical texts of traditional medicine shows that physicians of that time studied the anatomy and physiology of the body in order to accurately identify diseases and find remedies. Knowledge of the anatomy of the body helps to diagnose and treatment of diseases. The purpose of this study was to compare the anatomy of trunk anatomy in traditional medicine with modern medicine.Materials and Methods: This was a review study. First, the texts of traditional medicine from the Canon book, anatomy by Tafreshi, Hidayat al-Mutaallimin, Tashrih - Mansuri, Anatomy, and zakhire-e kharazmshahi by Jorjani was investigated. Then, the anatomical subjects in Gary and Snell's Anatomy were studied and recorded. Finally, the contents were compared in the form of tables. Results: The study of medical texts of traditional medicine shows that physicians at the time considered the anatomy and physiology of the various organs of the body the basis of medical science, and considered it necessary to accurately identify diseases and find ways to cure them. Explaining the anatomical topics illustrates the mastery and precision view of traditional medicine practitioners of the anatomy and physiology of body structure. Although there are many similarities in the anatomy of the trunk, some anatomical descriptions differ between the two traditional medical schools.
