عوامل مرتبط با رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده‌ از کرونا در معلمان: رویکرد تئوری خود تعیین کنندگی

چکیده

معلمان نقش مهمی در رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از جمله رفتارهای پیشگیری از کرونا دارند و میتوانند به عنوان الگو این کار را انجام دهند؛ لذا این مطالعه با هدف عوامل مرتبط با رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از کرونا مبتنی بر تئوری خودتعیین کنندگی در بین معلمان شهر قوچان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1400 بر روی 420 نفر از معلمان شهر قوچان که بر اساس نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شده و جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس تئوری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم ‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 و با استفاده از آزمون های تی مستقل، آزمون رگرسیون خطی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و معادل ناپارامتری آنها (من ویتنی، کروسکال والیس و اسپیرمن) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته ‌ها: میانگین نمره سازه های تئوری خودتعیین کنندگی: ارتباط، صلاحیت و استقلال عمل نشان داد که بین این سازه ها با رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از کرونا ارتباط معنادار آماری وجود دارد به طوری که در ارتباط ( 05/0P< و30/0 r=)، در صلاحیت ( 05/0P<و 62/0r=) و در استقلال عمل (05/0P< و 67/0r=) همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار مشاهده شد که بیشترین همبستگی در استقلال عمل مشاهده شد.
نتیجه: بر اساس نتایج، افزایش استقلال عمل، صلاحیت و ارتباط باعث بهبود رفتارهای پیشگیرانه کرونا می شود که با توجه به آن، نظریه خودتعیین کنندگی میتواند به عنوان چهارچوب مفیدی برای رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از کرونا مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
