نقش واسطه‌ای حمایت اجتماعی در رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده و اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان

چکیده

مقدمه: عدم توجه والدین به سالم‌سازی محیط روانی و عاطفی نوجوانان و فقدان روابط مناسب خانوادگی و اجتماعی باعث ایجاد کمبودهای عاطفی و مشکلات روانی از جمله اضطراب می‌گردد. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده با اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان با درنظرگرفتن نقش واسطه‌ای حمایت اجتماعی انجام ‌شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات همبستگی می‌باشد. نمونه پژوهش را 200 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر مقطع متوسطه اول منطقه پنج شهر تهران که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بوده و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شده بودند، تشکیل دادند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه جو عاطفی خانواده هیل برن (Hill-Bern)، حمایت اجتماعی خانواده و مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان (SAS-A: Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents). داده‌های گردآوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 23  و AMOS 18 تحلیل گردیدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که حمایت اجتماعی (325/0-Total Effect=) و جو عاطفی (08/0-Total Effect=) به‌ترتیب به‌صورت مستقیم و غیر ‌مستقیم بر اضطراب تأثیر داشته‌اند. یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، نقش واسطه‌ای متغیر حمایت اجتماعی را در رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده با اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان تأیید نمودند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نقش واسطه‌ای متغیر حمایت اجتماعی را در رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده با اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان تأیید نمودند؛ بنابراین می‌‌توان در گستره روابط بین فردی، تربیتی، خانوادگی و درمانی به متغیر یاد‌‌شده توجه نمود.
