فناوری دیجیتال: رویکردی نوین در ارتقای سلامت مادران

چکیده

رشد روزافزون تعداد کاربران اینترنت همراه با پیدایش انواع رسانه‌های دیجیتال، پتانسیل بالقوه‌ای را برای تأثیرگذاری بر رفتارهای بهداشتی ایجاد نموده است. زنان در سنین باروری به فراوانی از اینترنت، شبکه‌های اجتماعی و برنامه‌های تلفن همراه استفاده می‌کنند که این امر فرصت فزاینده‌ای را برای ارتقای سلامت مادران در دوران بارداری و پس از آن ایجاد می‌نماید. برای افرادی که در زمینه ارتقای سلامت تلاش می‌کنند، فناوری‌های دیجیتال یک روش نویدبخش برای دستیابی به اهداف آنها در زمینه پیشگیری از سلامت وارتقای رفتارهای سالم در سطح جمعیت را فراهم نموده است و کاربرد آن در سیستم آموزش بهداشت می‌تواند باعث ارتقای خدمات بهداشتی، ایجاد شرایط زندگی سالم و دستیابی به اهداف بهبود سطح بهداشت عمومی جامعه و کیفیت زندگی شود.در این راستا، مقاله مروری حاضر با هدف تبیین اهمیت استفاده از فناوری دیجیتال در آموزش سلامت مادران و همچنین مضرات و موانع موجود در این فرایند نگاشته شد.
