مقایسه تأثیر دو روش آرامسازی Jacobsonو Bensonبر افسردگی سالمندان

چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه: آرام‌سازی Jacobson و Benson از جمله تکنیک‌های سیستماتیکی هستند که می‌توانند برای به‌دست‌آوردن حالت آرامش عمیق استفاده شوند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر دو روش آرام‌سازی (Jacobson و Benson) بر میزان افسردگی سالمندان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش انجام پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی بود. از بین تمامی سالمندان سرای جهان‌دیدگان شهرستان بروجن که شرایط ورود به پژوهش حاضر را داشتند، 30 نفر انتخاب شدند و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه افسردگی Beck به‌عنوان پیش‌آزمون به 3 گروه 10 نفره (کنترل، آرام‌سازی Benson و آرام‌سازی Jacobson) تقسیم گردیدند. در ادامه گروه‌های تجربی تمرینات آرام‌سازی را به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه انجام دادند. در انتها پرسشنامه افسردگی Beck دوباره به‌عنوان پس‌آزمون توسط سالمندان تکمیل گردید. به‌منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌های آماری از آزمون‌ تی وابسته و آزمون اندازه‌های تکراری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج آزمون تی زوجی مشخص شد که میانگین نمرات افسردگی قبل و بعد از مداخله در دو گروه تجربی تفاوت معناداری دارد (001/0P=)؛ درحالی ‌که این تفاوت در گروه کنترل معنا‌دار نمی‌باشد (34/0P=). همچنین بر مبنای نتایج آزمون اندازه‌های تکراری، تفاوت معنا‌داری بین دو گروه آرام‌سازی Jacobson و Benson مشاهده شد (04/0P=)؛ بدین‌معنا که گروه آرام‌سازی Jacobson باعث بهبود بیشتری نسبت به گروه Benson گردید.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش دریافت می‌شود که روش‌های آرام‌سازی Jacobson و Benson تأثیر مطلوبی بر افسردگی سالمندان دارند و می‌توانند به‌عنوان روش‌هایی مفید در بهبود افسردگی در مراکز نگهداری از سالمندان، اجرا شده و آموزش داده شوند.
