Anxiety before surgery and its complications is fully known in surgery and anesthesiology fields which is necessary to investigate more to solve the mentioned drawback. So, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of awareness on stress and anxiety in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.  Material and Methods: A clinical trial study was done on 100 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Patients were randomly separated into two groups of 50 individuals as experiment and control groups. For each patient in the experimental group training course of anesthesia and surgery was performed. In the other side, the control group received usual care. The anxiety of patients in both experiment and control groups were recorded before and after surgery. Finally, SPSS13 software was used for data analysis.  Results: Based on the analyzed results the mean anxiety score of patients in the experiment group was significantly reduced after the surgery (P<0.001). But there was no significant difference between anxiety of before and after surgery in control group (P>0.05). Moreover, the anxiety was significantly lower in experiment group in compare with the control group (P<0.001).  Conclusion: It can be concluded that that education before surgery has a significant impact on controlling and reducing anxiety in patients before and after the surgery.}, keywords = {Anxiety,Surgery,stress,Education}, title_fa = {اثرات آگاهی دادن قبل از عمل جراحی بر میزان استرس و اضطراب در بیماران کاندید جراحی ارتوپدی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: جراحی از عوامل بروز استرس است که واکنش های فیزیولوژیک و استرس روانی را ایجاد میکند. اضطراب قبل از بیهوشی و مشکلات ناشی از آن در حیطه کاری جراح و متخصص بیهوشی کاملا شناخته شده و لزوم بر طرف کردن آن از مدتها قبل موضوع مطالعات فراوان بوده است. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات آگاهی دادن قبل از عمل جراحی بر میزان استرس و اضطراب در بیماران تحت جراحی ارتوپدی انجام شد. روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی روی 100 بیمار کاندید جراحی ارتوپدی انجام پذیرفت. بیماران بطور تصادفی به دو گروه 50 نفری مداخله و شاهد تقسیم شدند. برای هر بیمار در گروه مداخله آموزش های مناسب بیهوشی و سیر انجام جراحی صورت گرفت. در گروه شاهد فقط مراقبت‌های معمول را دریافت کردند. میزان اضطراب بیماران و ثبت علائم حیاتی در دو گروه مداخله و شاهد قبل و بعد از جراحی بررسی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS13 استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان دادند که میزان میانگین اضطراب قبل از جراحی در گروه مداخله نسبت به میانگین میزان اضطراب پس از جراحی، بطور معناداری کاهش یافته است (P<0.001). ولی در گروه شاهد، تفاوت معناداری در میزان اضطراب قبل و بعد از جراحی مشاهده نشد (P>0.05). همچنین میانگین اضطراب بیماران در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافته بود (P<0.001). نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان دادند که آموزش های قبل از جراحی تاثیر بسزایی در کنترل و کاهش میزان اضطراب در بیماران دارد.}, keywords_fa = {اضطراب,جراحی,استرس,آگاهی بخشی}, url = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_8741.html}, eprint = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_8741_59f2d2d943f2d27edd1cce53c20b48bf.pdf} }
