Therefore, the aim of this study is, evaluated time nurses for non-nursing tasks and text services in nursing shifts. Material and Methods: This study is a descriptive-analytic study. Community nurses working in Imam Reza and Ghaem and Montaserieh hospital in Mashhad city. Questionnaire derived from the checklist Bradshaw & Harrison and reliable sources nursing. After assessing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was used and results were analyzed using the software spss16. Results: The results showed that from the perspective of nurses, nurses spend more time answering phone calls and different things (3.60%) and in response to repeated questions about patients and their family appointment by specialists (7.56%). The Spearman correlation coefficient direct connection between the nurses on unnecessary tasks with age (p=0.01, r=0.22) and work experience (P>0.001, r=-0.39) there was a significant inverse relation. Conclusion: The results indicate a lot of time nursing and non-nursing for written assignments, it is recommended Nursing managers with a better understanding of the scientific principles of business management and ability to apply these skills to more accurate monitoring and the use of management time, with regulatory reform and reduce some of the non-nursing tasks by designing a care plan correctly, to provide care targeted and enhance the quality of care and more satisfied patients.}, keywords = {Nursing,written assignments,duties non-nursing,nursing shifts}, title_fa = {بررسی صرف زمان پرستاران برای کارهای غیر پرستاری و خدمات نوشتاری در شیفت‌های پرستاری: یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پرستاران علاوه بر مراقبت از بیمار وظایف متعددی را بر عهده دارند که گاها برخی از این وظایف آنها را از رسالت اصلی شان که همان مراقبت از بیمار می باشد، دور می کند.بنابراین  هدف این مطالعه بررسی صرف زمان پرستاران برای کارهای غیر پرستاری و خدمات نوشتاری در شیفت‌های پرستاری می باشد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه پژوهش را پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) و قائم (عج) و منتصریه  شهر مشهد تشکیل دادند. ابزار گرداوری داده ها  شامل: پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته که برگرفته از چک لیست مراقبت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم برادشا و هاریسون و منابع معتبر پرستاری بود. این پرسشنامه پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار spss16 تحلیل گردید. نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد از دیدگاه پرستاران بیشترین زمانپرستاران صرف جواب دادن به تلفنهای مختلف و کارهای مختلف تلفنی(60.3%) و جوابگویی به به سوالات مکرر بیماران و همراهیان آنها در مورد زمان ویزیت توسط متخصص(7.56%) مربوطه می‌گردد. طبق آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن ارتباط مستقیم معنی داری بین نمره عملکرد پرستاران در زمینه انجام کارهای غیرضروری با رده سنی( p=0.01, r=0.22) و با سابقه کار(P>0.001, r=-0.39) رابطه معنی دار معکوس وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: از آنجا که نتایج نشان دهنده صرف زمان زیاد پرستاران جهت انجام تکالیف نوشتاری و غیر پرستاری است لذا پیشنهاد می گردد مدیران پرستاری با اصلاح مقررات و کاهش برخی از وظایف غیرپرستاری موجب ارائه مراقبتهای هدفمندتر و افزایش کیفیت مراقبت ها گردند.   }, keywords_fa = {پرستاری,تکالیف نوشتاری,تکالیف غیرپرستاری,شیفت های پرستاری}, url = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_7372.html}, eprint = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_7372_75666af42114649b73fc29228b369e58.pdf} }
