In addition, the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to some other bacterial and viral respiratory infections, such as pleural tuberculosis; therefore, it is very important to make an accurate diagnosis of the disease. In this regard, the present study introduced a young pregnant woman with pleural tuberculosis. Case Report: A 24-year-old primigravida at 34 weeks of gestation referred to Imam Reza hospital in Mashhad, Khorasan-e-Razavi, Iran, with fever, tachycardia, dyspnea, and decrease in respiratory sounds. Considering the clinical signs and symptoms of the patient, such as fever and respiratory symptoms, the case was admitted to the COVID-19 intensive care unit. According to the negative result of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction for COVID-19, unusual features of COVID-19 lung involvement in the patient’s computed tomography (CT) report, and similarity of the clinical symptoms with those of tuberculosis, pleural tuberculosis was diagnosed for this patient. Finally, the improvement of her symptoms was observed with the initiation of tuberculosis treatment for the case. Conclusion: Paying attention to all differential diagnoses and chest CT scan views is important to avoid the unnecessary hospitalization of patients in the centers and wards for COVID-19.  }, keywords = {COVID-19,Pleural tuberculosis,pregnancy}, title_fa = {Covid-19 و خطای پزشکی: یک زن باردار با سل پلور: گزارش یک مورد}, abstract_fa = {چکیده مقدمه: امروزه پاندمی ناشی از بیماری کرونا ویروس 2019‌ (COVID 19) به یک نگرانی جهانی تبدیل شده است. علائم و نشانه‌های بالینی بیماری  COVID-19مشابه با برخی از عفونت‌های تنفسی باکتریایی و ویروسی دیگر از جمله سل ریوی می‌باشد؛ بنابراین تشخیص دقیق بیماری بسیار اهمیت دارد. در این ارتباط، در پژوهش حاضر خانم باردار جوانی معرفی می‌شود که مبتلا بهسل پلور می‌باشد. معرفی بیمار: بیمار خانمی 24 ساله بود که حاملگی اول خود را تجربه می‌کرد و در هفته 34 حاملگی با علائم تب، افزایش ضربان قلب، تنگی نفس و کاهش صدای قفسه سینه به بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) مشهد واقع در خراسان رضوی مراجعه کرده بود. با توجه به یکسانی علائم بالینی بیمار با علائم همه‌گیری بیماری COVID-19 از جمله بروز تب و علائم تنفسی، بیمار در بخش مراقبت‌های ویژه COVID-19 بستری شد. در نهایت با توجه به نتیجه منفی آزمون RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction) برای COVID-19 و با توجه به گزارش CT (Computed Tomography) که نشان‌دهنده برخی از نماهای غیر شایع درگیری ریه در بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19 بود و همچنین شباهت علائم بالینی بیمار با علائم سل، سل پلور برای این بیمار تشخیص داده شد و سرانجام با شروع درمان ضد سل، بهبود در علائم وی مشاهده گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به تمام نماهای موجود در CT بیمار و در نظر گرفتن تمام تشخیص‌های افتراقی، از بستری شدن بی‌دلیل بیماران در بخش COVID-19 جلوگیری می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {حاملگی,سل ریوی,COVID-19}, url = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_16512.html}, eprint = {https://nnj.mums.ac.ir/article_16512_c455a0224825b250e432a002c561f712.pdf} }
